Black Mountain Home Watch is a full service home watch and concierge service. This means we will handle any problem that may come up at your home. Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Repair, Car Repair, Painting, HVAC, etc. We will schedule services from our list of reputable and reliable vendors. We will oversee the work from start to finish and make sure everything is completed satisfactorily. Additionally, we can schedule maintenance work, such as Landscaping, Routine Pool Service, Garbage Pick Up and Junk Removal, Window Cleaning and Routine Pest Control.

 

We offer weekly and bi-weekly checks of your property. Our weekly checks include a perimeter walk of the property, inspecting landscaping and water irrigation lines. We look at the landscape lighting and irrigation timers.  We also look for any signs of weather damage to the exterior, including the roof, windows and doors. Inside the home we inspect electronics and appliances, plumbing and water lines, flush toilets, check faucets for leaks, hot water heater check, lighting, mail delivery, water softeners, car start and check, and much more.

At Black Mountain Home Watch we offer full concierge services. This means we can arrange for car transportation, grocery delivery, arrange house cleaning, take out the garbage, bring in outside furniture or cushions if necessary, adjust water heater temperature, empty out the refrigerator, email photos of the home, and arrange for handyman service if needed. We can do it all. We tailor every home watch service to the customer's needs and wants.
